Our unfiltered local honey is the perfect natural sweetener for all your needs. It has a taste that is so pure and delicious you have to try to believe it. At our Ranch, we harvest our honey from the bees right here and bring it to you in its rawest form. 

                                             OUR STORY

BAAAD MOON RISING' was developed in 2014 with the purchase of the ranch.  A very old sweet donkey was included in the purchase .  Jackson looked just like the beloved Eyor of our childhood and was as sweet as you could ever imagine.  We did a ton of research and chose to raise Southdown Babydoll sheep with our first lamb being a black ram named Adder.  He was very gentle and loving.  Adder loved attention and was taken to many livestock shows.  We soon purchased him a girlfriend named Pansy.  And so our journey began.  We eventually added Harlequin Sheep, turkeys, ducks, chickens, and a myriad of other critters.  We have successfully shown our sheep and we are very proud of the fact that we have introduced these fantastic breeds to many sheep enthusiasts.  Our breed up program with the Harlequin sheep has been quite successful as well, thus producing several AP lambs (all pure) which is quite a feat in itself considering it takes a minimum of 7 generations and years of very careful breeding to produce an AP lamb.  We take great pride in being ethical breeders and treat every living entity in our care with love and compassion.
